I am in the process of downloading the Beta2 from MSDN.
Am I limited to installing the Beta2 on one system only? Or can Install it on more then one? (Namely we have a test lab where the two pc's talk to one another, and we want to test that communication)

Does 1 Key Mean 1 PC
The last time, I remember being told, MSDN builds of Vista allow up to 10 activations, while the technical beta builds allow up to 30, per key. -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta

MSDN has different licensing terms than other programs. Check the Master EULA that came with your subscription: http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/licensing/
In most if not all cases the MSDN Master EULA supersedes the EULA on the CD seen during installation.

Check your MSDN subscription documentation and it tells you.
